Work IQ Tools’ policy is to sell products on our website at MSRP. All prices
are final. We aim to please and stand behind our products. If you are not
entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please contact us
directly and we will help address your concerns.

DEFECTIVE/FLAWED WORK IQ PRODUCTS:

Please return or exchange products to the original place of
purchase. If you are unable to return or exchange your product to the original
place of purchase, contact Work IQ customer service at info@workiqtools.au or at +61 3 9598 4469.

LIMITED – 5 YEAR WARRANTY:

Work IQ™ Tools are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and
workmanship for five years from date of original purchase. Work IQ Tools will
replace or repair any product or component that proves defective upon our
inspection. Use of any Work IQ Tools for anything other than its intended
purpose is considered misuse and voids this warranty. For warranty service,

The warranty of the IQ Vise™ excludes damage resulting from
deliberate or accidental misuse or lack of maintenance as outlined in the care
and maintenance section of the IQ Vise User Guide. Warranty does not cover
rust, stains or corrosion, or normal wear and tear.

The warranty of the IQ Vise Jaws™ - Leather, Sure-Fit™ and
Woodworking excludes damage to the compression-fit foam surface resulting from
deliberate or accidental misuse and does not cover normal wear and tear.

 Work IQ Tools, its partners and affiliates are not
liable for incidental or consequential damage resulting from use. Some states
do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages;
therefore, the above exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you
specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to
state. Repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy under this warranty.

RETURNING PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH WORKIQTOOLS.AU:

Returns:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on Work IQ Tools products due to
a change of mind. Please ensure you carefully review your purchase before
completing the transaction, as all sales are final unless the product is found
to be faulty or defective under warranty.

Refunds:

If your faulty return is approved, a full refund, less shipping costs, of
the price of the item will be applied to your original method of
payment, within 14 business days of receiving your authorised return.

Shipping Costs:

Original and return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
